Here's how it works...

Before any work starts, we will inspect the items you would like serviced and bring to your attention, and/or make note of, any pre-existing conditions like permanent stains or damage.

We will discuss your cleaning goals/desired outcomes and any technical limitations of processing there may be, and agree on the expected results.

Then we will do the best cleaning or restoration job ever, after which you will have a full 15 days to inspect our work.

If you decide that we did not meet your expectations we will return and re-clean any areas that you were disappointed with, or re-process any work we performed, for free.

In the extremely unlikely event that we are still unable to make you happy, we will refund the cost of the cleaning for those areas.
